If the salvation of oneself and the world, each person starts with itself, anyone in need of salvation will not remain in the world. But it should not be made for personal gain.

Oh, people! Having looked more attentively into this world, we shall realize that the world has been created for the people and human being is the most valuable thing in this world. But regarding the creation of us, we see that we are born in different countries and different nations, diclinous. We can not choose the time and place of birth, nation, state, sex. And so these things are not our fault or defect. Some of us are born in families of rich and influential officials, others - in poor families, and even on the street, and there is no escape from death, as if it is born with us. We can not change this sacred truth. If it is not in our hands to make this change, and there is no our fault in this, we have to accept it, live with gratitude and patience.
The value of a human being is measured by, first and foremost, realization by itself of its value, its love of truth and morality. A man was not born to be a slave to others. Having interconnected the origin of nations between each other, we shall see that we are all originated from one father and one mother. If so, why do we do evil to each other? We were not created to kill each other. But some of us live in such hatred, as if they came to this world to revenge and kill neighbors. Of course, there are reasons. We have to be responsible for mistakes of others, or for mistakes of our parents. But this can be solved not only by revenge, but also by paying compensation or forgiveness.
Oh, people! On the religious side - we must choose the fairest, most truthful religion.
On the moral side - to stand aside from all the bad things, to govern ourselves, to desire for others what we love ourselves, to accept others as equals, to be humble, to rule the world primarily by our moral qualities.
On the mental side - to acquire knowledge to achieve excellence, to learn, first to follow knowledge obtained by us, then unselfishly and unsparingly to teach knowledge to others and be humble, to agree with those who express a true opinion. Mistakes happen in the world due to ignorance or because they do not follow what they know.
On the physical side - for the sake of health, to eat permitted and clean food not harming a human body. Because a disease penetrates with the food and its cure as well. In addition, we are obliged to follow, if we earn money and food by honest and allowed ways and whether there are shares of other people. Otherwise the rightness will stop working for us.
On the economic side – to come to the middle position, when we have no need in anyone but Allah and thank him for what we have, to not see with the greed for the good of others, we should cooperate with each other, and due to competition never follow the principle: "Die thou! So that I could live!"
Oh, some of government officials! Let’s gaze into ourselves. Our right steps and mistakes made by us do not go with us, and affect interests of all people who live in our state. Therefore, let us be fair rather than just to feed the people with promises and vows, yet you climb on an official chair, then, bickering with other government officials for the championship, to be the reason of damage and death caused to the people and the army, militia, who are also sons of the people. If, however, having taken the post, you can not control according the will of the people, and becoming a particle of a long-planned despicable plan, you stand as a statue, and can not announce it to your people, start changing this. You'll be able to do so, even if you will not begrudge life. Otherwise, you risk your children, and all that you love. Do not forget! There is no salvation from death! Heroism can not reduce, and cowardice - extend your life. Every man should spend his life on valuable and great things.
Oh, some of rich people! When we were born, it turned out that many of the lands had already been purchased by you and not even a bit left to others. And then you think we are stupid and unlucky. You bought all your state or the whole world around. Appropriated the land which Allah had created for the people, appropriated share of other people, and left others barefoot and hungry. Give us a chance as well! Can not you see that you can not walk freely on the streets because of fear, you live in your close little world, like a bird in a cage? You've already lived plenty. It's only the world of the earth, not a paradise, that’s why you're bored. Now, for the sake of Allah, create benefit for the people and change commerce in the direction, useful to society, so that your offspring and your loved ones can be confident in their future!
Oh, those who call themselves a great nation! Prove the greatness of your nation through your justice, love of truth and love. Never walk ways of deceit, violence, wrong. This can only temporarily help the case, and can not definitively resolve the issue. It comes only through justice. Do not think you'll be able to enslave other nations. Man is not born to serve as a slave of another man, and the number of people is not counted by thousands, as in previous times, but billions. So, renounce your illogical goal!
Oh, people! Let's look at the modern world. When we look at our and other states, we see that apparently they behave as sincere friends, but actually they are looking for an opportunity to cheat each other and aim for their neighbors. Some of them, being wrong by themselves, using mind and technology, weapons, money, wealth forcibly captured the others, captured their property, subject people to unimaginable torture, kill innocents, looting and selling internal organs of other people and doing other things, which the devil can envy, and thus have reached their goals, conquered the leaders of other countries, decide destinies of other people instead of themselves. Army and militia, that the flesh of the people, with different drugs, injections or food additives are intoxicated and like robots they are forced to kill others and commit suicide. The state, being an enemy of its people, oppresses it, sells organs of those killed, then, as if to help the people, it plunges into debt and for a huge amount of money again erects a building which was destroyed by it. Impoverishes people, then, as if for their benefit, gives them shelter, stroking their heads, injects its ideology in them and has turned it into a profitable business. Opens the gap in front of people and causes to bypass it, kill them in front of others, and to embarrass the hearts of others, dreams that will live long, takes creativity of others, by force causes to bow, serves as the cause of self-undermining for others, distorts true religion, creates different religious schools, teaches the wrong religion, and raises so that people serve them and become living bombs. Spreading sectarian strife, putting on religious clothing, forces people to fight against each other. Having opened brothels, it forced into prostitution own and others' sisters, sells them, gets wages from them and feed the people with the same money. Having trampled all trade, it sells everything at inflated prices, poor people, just because of the inability to buy certain drugs, die. Looking for weaknesses in others, or their past mistakes, criticizes and makes them dance after its pipe, hiding the truth and feeding people with lies and it is impossible to list it all. There are, of course, some good things as well. In particular, the opening of some boundaries. In this case, relatives may see each other, who could not meet for years.
Let's look at our people, some of us have lost human form. As the reason for this we specify only the society and the situation. We have become selfish and stopped building a society. Enhancing prostitution, millions of children were killed, sold, thrown out on the street, our fathers and mothers were humiliated and left to the mercy of fate. The true love that is in human hearts, was replaced by voluptuousness. Due to competition we became enemies to each other. Acted on the principle: "Die thou! So that I could live!" Or: "It has come upon him, but to me this can not happen." We did not care about others. We did not think that soon the same disaster can fall on us. Forgot of mutual help, compassion. Did not question about where from, if in allowed, and fair ways comes a property given by the state, officials, descendants. Farmers and ranchers, for the sake of profits, fed people different chemicals and did not think about that the day would come and all that would impact on our descendants. Producing cigarettes, vodka and other stupefying products by adding poisonous substances, caused the death of millions of people. For the sake of money spread false movies, information, whereupon teenagers became liars, that was the cause of death for many of them. Hunting after a group, fighting, invented different types of body hardening that takes the lives of people and animals. Aimlessly squandered their lives. Wasting time on tech toys, have become lazy. The water that came through the rain or flood, we could drink before, but now, flooding any house, it is impregnated with chemicals contained in soaps and other substances, and becomes unfit for drinking. And it is impossible to count all the rest...
So, let us turn to conclusions. The state should not be governed by thoughts and words of only one person and punish people, but first explain vague things to them and only then, in the case of disobedience, to sentence them to punishment. Not to act on the principle: "Coward attacks before" and avert an attack. Moral education should be strengthened, to manage society by strengthening morale. To not highlight the sins of others, and help them to correct, educate, give them time for this and forgive.
Let it be true movies on television and radio transmissions! Do not produce and do not show porn! Let’s nurture in our hearts the love of God, people, animals, nature! Let’s see other people as equals and not humiliate them! Do not hide the truth! Protect property of other people! Do not rob them by guile and force! Produce for people natural medicines and food! Submit to the people we have chosen ourselves! Do not lie in any case! In addressing issues prevent discord and nationalism, and fully inspect the essence, and then make a fair verdict! This will be the final solution.
Do not touch upon religion, customs, language, ethnicity, honor, culture and history of other people, respect them! If those who were before us made any mistake, having learned about it, immediately correct it! Do not invent things that waste time of other people or spoil their nerves and health! Destroy the atomic and nuclear weapons, which threaten all of humanity! Do not plunge the world into danger because of the fear of one another or prevention of threats from others, and the arms race, and the funds spent on this direct for improvement of life of people, making it easier! Prevent wars, barriers between nations and do not drive so people to open cages! Resolve all issues through negotiations, compensation, forgiveness. Do not multiply enemies by vengeance. Moreover, it difficult to get rid of it. Do not do evil to others not knowing the culprits! To man, if he is not sick and not injured, Allah has given the same force and intelligence, as well as to others. We can change everything. Let us fight together, states and people, to make our future calm, beautiful, peaceful, people live in equality and prosperity!
For a person, less than five minutes is enough to change, to do this, he just needs to promise to Allah and himself to not repeat earlier committed by him unsuitable deeds and sins and keep the word. If he does not want it or does not comply with the promise, then all his life is not enough. Otherwise, we can plunge ourselves into ruin, if we want to immediately resolve the issue through violence or deceit, deception, multiplying injustice. Let’s avoid getting conceited about our history! It’s better to look at our current situation. This world is enough for all if we do not skimp, fight, and share joys and sorrows. Let everyone give time to each other! That is two years. For these two years let’s connect the hands in peace and unity, step onto the right path! If, however, we are not able to do so, then the blame will be on ourselves. To keep the peace and nature, will not create things damaging them! Let’s replace commerce, which is harmful to people, for commerce useful for them! In the world, predatism, lies, deception, deceit now have come to the limit and all that stuns even the devils. Let us proceed to change of the world before we destroy it ourselves. Let’s ask each other for forgiveness for the mistakes, embrace, and immediately wade into a good deed!
Doctors, observe your oath, and treat people, if they give you money or not! The army and militia, and you also do not forget your oath! You are sons of the people, never shoot it! Let’s rebellion from sleep of ignorance! Let’s always, without fear of anyone but Allah, be ready to abdicate for the sake of the truth of our property, and if need, of life, only then we will be ready. I have only reminded you of the cases, known to everybody. It is written not for the sake of creativity. They are not worth their salt if we do not observe them. Let us respect them, act immediately! Let’s multiply this letter at least in three copies and distribute among people! We will translate into different languages! It's easy to say, but in practice it is difficult. The result will be welfare and peace. Let us make it for the sake of our descendants! The one who does not care about people is not a human being.
